Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

We process and ship orders nationwide across Morocco.

  • Delivery: We strive to meet our 24h to 72h delivery windows depending on your location (e.g., Casablanca, Fès, or other cities). However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom B2B orders or personalized “Custom Vibe” merchandise are exempt from being returned unless defective.

Governing Law & Modifications

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
