Overview

We build our gear to the highest standards, but if a piece doesn’t perfectly match your vibe or fit, we are here to help. Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also include all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products and services, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom Vibe / B2B Orders: Any apparel customized with your company’s logo or specific branding.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or limited-time promotional sale (unless defective).

  • Items showing obvious signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received at our Moroccan fulfillment center and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or issued as store credit, if preferred) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: Processing times vary between Moroccan banks. If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation, please check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@jobvibe.space.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong size (subject to stock availability). If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at contact@jobvibe.space with your order number and photos of the item.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please contact our support team first to receive the exact shipping address for our nearest logistics hub (Casablanca or Fès).

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Amana) to ensure your returned gear reaches us safely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
